Service Rating: Complaint lodged by email as goods damaged and then the parcel not collected despite 4 promises it would be. Told my email complaint was not enough and would have to write a letter! received a poor excuse and a £5 voucher that is no good to me as i wont be using your company again. Absolutely awful service. Am looking at ways to escalate this complaint further. Have not been compensated for all my calls, time emailing, etc.
