I ordered some beads and coloured elastic for my daughters birthday party to use during the party. I rang to check the status of my order and was told it would be dispatched the day I called, but it was actually dispatched 2 days later, and then I found that the colour elastic was not sent so was unable to make bracelets/necklaces during the party as planned. I ordered some other items after I placed my order with Yellow Moon and it was so much quicker and still sent 2nd class post, I don't think I would order again unless I allow extra time to receive the goods.
Orders always dispatched in good time (although not impressed with delivery driver leaving package on doorstep because I didn't run to answer the doorbell!). I had to raise a concern that items were missing in my last order - dealt with v.effectively.
