My daughter saw the picture of the mugs and pens and thought it was a fantasic Birthday present to give to her father. On opening the parcel was very disappointed to see 6 mugs and NO pens! She only needed the one mug but having no pens which the picture suggests was very disappointing. Please state that the pens are not included and that an extra cost of £8 was needed!

I would suggest that 1 mug with 3 pens red/blue/yellow and instructions on how long it needs to be baked would have been ideal. I would happily pay £5!

I am sorry to hear you were disappointed, however the description does state the pens are not included and the picture is for suggestive purposes only.
