Product Rating: Unfortunately one of these broke within minutes as the top was not stuck in so it fell apart while being held by the loop on the top. Otherwise the chicks did hatch and caused a lot of excitement with our young children although we were expecting the chicks to completely hatch from the egg but only the top opens and the chick pops his head out of the egg. Quite cute.

Service Rating: Prompt, efficient , no nonsense. Excellent cash value for the massive entertainment value.
Kept two lively little boys busy and happy for hours for very inexpensive cost, and gave them a sense of acheivement and satisfaction too. They couldn't wait to skype Grandma and Grandad to show what they had been doing. Loads better than chocolate for Easter.

Product Rating: the chicks were a disapointment to my grandchildren they only hatched out half way then nothing else happened i know nothing else should of happened but it was yerribly upsetting to them as the three year old looked nearly all day waiting for something more to see the 12month didn`t really understand but Jak kept calling Charlie to look as well.
Service Rating: excellent service all round will use again without doubt.
