Ceramic baskets very poorly packaged. 7 out of 8 arrived broken, despite the box showing no signs of damage. Next replacement 8, 4 broken and these where resent with extra packaging. If you are going to sell items that are fragile then you must package them suitably, just stuffing more bubble wrap is not the answer.

I'm so sorry to hear of the damaged Ceramic Baskets in your last order. Whilst we do try to package our fragile items to prevent breakages unfortunately on occasions damages do occur. I have processed a refund for this which you should receive shortly.
