The quality of your products is good. I did have problems trying to change my order (as we have just invested in an iPad) so I ordered 2 extra items by mistake. I realised this immediately after I had the email confirmation and tried to contact one of your customer services advisors but the phone line cut me off when I asked to speak to an operator so I emailed immediately (as requested in the email confirmation) unfortunately no one picked up my email in time to alter my order and I didn't get a response until a few days later when the order had gone out.
Adorably cute, we used sticker eyes instead of googly ones. Decorated with pens, pencils and tissue paper. They look great but dont stand up for long, they 'flatten out' and you have to prop them up. Would still buy them again, though!
