Product Rating: Lovely little item, good value for money.
Service Rating: This was the first order I had made with Yellow Moon in a long time, As always the service is quick and reliable and the products are always of good value. Will continue to use, especially as it benefits my daughter's after school club.

Service Rating: Really good products and service though price may be high for some items than can find elsewhere. Does have unique items though. I also keep getting cataolgues more frequently than I think is necessary.

Product Rating: I ordered 2 x boxes of these and every single one was broken. They had been poorly wrapped. Although placed in bubble wrap in a small box, they only took up half the box and the other half of the box was empty - therein lies the problem. Customer services dealt with the problem well though.
Service Rating: Very efficient. I did have a problem with my order but it was resolved very quickly. I would use Yellow Moon again.
Our Response:I am surprised to hear this, and sorry the baskets were received in this condition. I have passed your comments on to our Packing Department, and can also see that substitute items have now been sent out.

Service Rating: damaged goods. replacement didn't arrive when they said it would but was given full refund when i complained

Product Rating: Very fragile, first 8 dispatched, all but one broken. Next replacement 8 all but 4 broken.
Service Rating: Ceramic baskets very poorly packaged. 7 out of 8 arrived broken, despite the box showing no signs of damage. Next replacement 8, 4 broken and these where resent with extra packaging. If you are going to sell items that are fragile then you must package them suitably, just stuffing more bubble wrap is not the answer.
Our Response:I'm so sorry to hear of the damaged Ceramic Baskets in your last order. Whilst we do try to package our fragile items to prevent breakages unfortunately on occasions damages do occur. I have processed a refund for this which you should receive shortly.
