The times when its difficult to get through outweigh the ones when it's easy. Not to mention the times the computers go down. My last order was for item for my son's birthday party. Sadly not all the order arrived (wasn't informed it would be an issue whenn I place the order). Sort out your customer care, as your products aren't bad!
