Normally excellend service bit disappointed this time though as items out of stock and scratch art magnets looked as though they were seconds. Delivery good though and happy with all other products.

only complaint was that 1 set of characters came with one leg missing - thought they had got torn in the bag but the missing limbs weren't there! As it was all one design it looks as if somhow the product had got torn pre-packing stage. therest of the set was fine and again very popluar with the children- easy to scratch off the colour and get quick results
