I am very happy with the service however I am finding more and more lately that products are arriving to me damaged, broken or missing pieces. I don't know if these problems are caused in transit but either way, this is not a good way to receive goods!

Service is generally good although not as fast as some companies I use. I don't like that they charge extra shipping to the Highlands, and would order more regularly if they offered the same shipping rates as to the rest of the UK
