Easy to thread, but really hard to knot it securely without it slipping undone.

Delivery took longer than expected. I only found out that they'd apparently tried to deliver the item when I phoned to find out what the problem was. It then wasn't redelivered on the day they said and we ended up collecting the package ourselves to make sure we had it in time for the party that we'd ordered the items for. Problems due to the delivery company, not Yello Moon.
recieved order only to find one bag of beads was split and was very short of beads. Phoned customer service who happily replaced item and let me keep split bag free of charge. very grateful, many thanks. excellent service.
