Product Rating: These were brilliant and all the children (again 3-11 years) really enjoyed colouring in and putting together. My only criticism would be that it was sometimes confusing as to which smaller parts went with the larger main parts. Ideally they need a small letter or number printed on the card indicating which sections form one window hugger.

Service Rating: I would like to be able to buy more products individually, rather than in packs, and some things in smaller packs - you don't always need or want 50 identical felt stickers for home use.
