Product Rating: very bad product, the frames were too small for a 6 x 4 card and were glued incorrectly - most of them you couldn't insert a 6x4 card. Some were not glued well and the frame was coming apart. There were also marks on the back of the cards making the cards look very cheap in quality.
Service Rating: the service was good and the response to my complaint (written below) was well managed. The web page is well presented and easy to use and there are many good creative products on the site.
