Service Rating: Appalled that a member of staff chose to send a badly-damaged item as part of my order. The item box was badly crumpled and ripped, completely unuseable as the present it was intended for, and so torn that it seemed very likely that small items would have been lost from the set. This was all clearly visible, yet a member of staff chose to pack it up and send it as if perfect. I do not intend to use Yellow Moon again for this reason. On a small positive note, the cost of the item was reimbursed to my account quickly and without fuss, though no acknowledgement was made of the failure by YM staff in sending out such an item at all.

Service Rating: I cannot comment on individual items as they were for parents Sweet Poo Pooing Reindeer in ripped packaging this was exchanged but I had to pay for the return postage. When I requested this be refunded by Yellow Moon they said as I had had free delivery initially they would not even though they had sent me the ripped packaged item or it was damaged in transit due to poo packing. I have been very disappointed with the response and it has put me off ordering from them. I also know the cost of postage is the reason why lots of people do not place orders - hence the communal school one!
