They do not write a delivery name on the parcel which means if you arrange to have it delivered to a business it can be difficult to track the parcel down once it has arrived. Otherwise they are excellent!!
1. Phone answered quickly, your reps were polite, the products were in stock and despatched in very reasonable time (on the standard service), a problem was dealt with efficiently.
Service was very efficient and I paid for next day delivery which I actually got unlike some companies where you pay extra for quick delivery and it still doesn't turn up for days!
They were good and there were a lot of variety of colours but a lot of them the tops kept falling off when the children were trying to use them, which would spoil the design. We were not happy about this especially as they were only lightly being used.
Service Rating:
The deliveries r prompt and get here well but r left outside if no one is in. The organisation that is my reference doesn't get that much either.
