Service Rating: Love the items for sale, they are great for crafting with kids.
Disappointed with the delivery delays and the ignorance I received about the fact I spent more on phone calls to the delivery company trying to get my package than was in the parcel, nobody seemed to care about the money I had to pay out for shoddy delivery
