I am very happy with the service however I am finding more and more lately that products are arriving to me damaged, broken or missing pieces. I don't know if these problems are caused in transit but either way, this is not a good way to receive goods!
The customer aervice is fabulous. Range of crafts is super. I would like to see small glues added to some of the craft packs as PVA isn't always the best glue and suggestion if what is best instead / provide would help.
