But I would make people aware that the free service is not through royal mail but through Yodel/Home Delivery Network because to be perfectly frank I would rather PAY for delivery then use there service (I have had three separate issues with HDNL one with M&S, one when ordering from Amazon and one related to Yellow Moon...I no longer order on-line with M&S or Amazon because of the shoddy delivery service and I would hate to stop using yellow moon as well as my son loves your products!
The Hello Kitty tablecovers were delivered too late for the party and had I been informed at the time of purchase (ie before finalising my order) that they would arrive late I would have purchased an alternative. Other than that, the rest of the order arrived quickly and in good condition.
