Have always found a great variety of craft products in the catalogue, and find it hard to choose. Am disappointed that it doesn't seem to be used for fundraising for schools etc anymore, even though it is a very worthy cause.
used the phone order system as I had a large order (worth over £200) and found the order taker very uninterested in the whole thing. It then appeared that I did not qualify for free delivery, this is only for internet orders apparently. At this stage I was going to cancel the order until Yellow Moon said that they would not charge on this occasion. I felt they were "doing me a big favour" so I am considering if I want to deal with them again after this frankly disappointing experience.
