Bit disappointed at the condition they arrived in. The head of the giraffes were bent and spoiled and I felt that the packaging was insufficient to keep them safe. All they needed was a long piece of card folded over at each end the stop this from happening. The damage was clearly a result of the journey to me and not lack of quality from you.
