Overall, everything was good, however, the large Halloween templates were badly bent upon arrival. Not sure how it could be rectified, but was happy with all the rest. Due to the time frame for when I needed them, there was no time to request replacement and used them as they were.

Not that i begrudge having the charity donation going to childline i missed being able to use my order as a way of giving a small donation to my nominated charity.

Thank you for your feedback. Please be advised that you are still able to donate your cash back to your chosen organisation. The Yellow Moon cash-back scheme was relaunched in September and will offer an improved cash-back reward. The scheme is designed to generate even more money for your school, group charity, but the group must be registered with us.
