Goods arrived prompyly. However there was a problem with my previous order which I outlined on previous feedback. Yellowmoon contacted to say they would refund me the postage costs by crediting my account. On completion of this order I assumed that amount would be deducted from my order. It wasn't. Very disappointed as I really like the range

Although I think that the service you provide is excellent, my only criticism is that when I was dissatisfied with a product, I was told that my account would be credited with the cost of the item. As far as I am aware this has never happened.
