Service Rating: We really enjoyed the items we ordered for Halloween - the only criticism we have is that the keyrings, once coloured, had to be baked in an electric oven so that they shrank down to keyring size. My children were slightly put out when I explained that because we had a gas oven, this wouldn't be possible, and accordingly the product didn't end up looking as we'd anticipated. Perhaps a notice could be put on the product so that a prospective purchaser is aware that it will only work with an electric oven?
