Excellent - kids aged 4 and 6 are in process of decorating for their teachers. A bit tricky angling the pot with the pens but with minimal parental asssistance successful.

I paid for next day delivery having placed an order on a Friday - perhaps incorrectly I expected this to arrive on the following Monday - it didn't, it arrived on the Tuesday. This is the first time I have ever had a 'problem' and it didn't create any problems for me, so I'm not too concerned, but seeing as you asked .....
