I have used Yellow Moon for some years now and every order I make is packed carefully and sent speedily. I have never had to deal with customer services and I have never had to trace a parcel - something that has bothered me with many other companies.
The goods I receive are always of the highest quality. All pieces are intact and do exactly as they should do, as advertised. I have never had to send anything back due to shoddy production.
Yellow Moon can be relied upon time and again for gifts, craft projects and inspiration time and time again and I recommend their website and service to everyone relevant. They have satisfied my search for specific items so many times in the past, simple things that I cannot find elsewhere.
I will return to Yellow Moon in the future, I'm a regular customer and want to stay that way!

stopping the big money funraising was annoying. We only made £8 on the last order. You need to make it clear that orders need to be made out to yellow moon, not the school when orders are sent via the school.

Thank you for your feedback. I can advise that a Fundraising Pack is sent to the school for every scheme and this would include full information on how orders should placed. You may be pleased to know however that a new scheme is starting shortly.
