Product Rating: When these arrived, alot of them had scratch marks on the black surface. Also they found it very hard to scratch the black surface. I also tried this myself and found it very difficult to make it work. If you did not press hard enough then it wont work but if you press too hard then it scratched off all colours underneath. I was excited to have these but found it very disappointing!!
Service Rating: Following the quality of the goods i ordered and this being the first time of using yellow moon, i am not sure if i want to use yellow moon again for the next holiday course.

Product Rating: Poor quality - black surface either very difficult to scratch off or peeled off around the scratched area - really disappointing and won't be buying scratch art again.
