Product Rating: Not quite poor but a bit below good. The children enjoyed decorating, but the hats didn't fit well and were difficult to stick accurately.

Product Rating: I found this hat rather tricky to construct. It took 2 adults to make! we had to use glue and sticky tape to get it to stick down but we managed it eventually. Might be better to have a "put tab A into slot B" type design next time?
