I think the service is great but find the postage v. expensive with the minimum spend to receive free delivery too high. I would buy more if free delivery was given for a lower total spend

Very good service with prompt delivery. One product purchased in a previous order, the Knit your own donkey, which was used as a christmas present for my daughter has proved to be somewhat disappointing as the wool supplied is of atrocious quality and splits very easily hence making what could be a lovely activity very tedious for inexperienced children learning to knit and indeed for myself, an experienced knitter who is also struggling with this terrible wool. Apart from that, the pattern and instructions seem ok, although I feel it is pricey for what is actually included in the kit, especially in respect of the wool being such poor quality.
