As expected and nothing was faulty or broken. The brochure description made sure I knew exactly what I was buying and the picture helped with that too.

Order was split in to 2 boxes and for the sake of 1 day both orders could have been sent together as they both still arrived on time - waste of postage and packing and money to the company.
Some of the items I requested were sold out and they didn't email me to let me know I found out when I opened the parcel and found the item I wanted wasnt there and there was a note with the delivery slip. They did however refund the amount promptly
I was garteful when you gave me a voucher to make up for items which I had rodered and which then were out of stock. At first it was annoying for me as I needed the products but htese things happen. But you supplied a voucher whuch most companies wouldn't have done! Thank you
