Service prompt and courteous though packing of goods was atrocious. Inadequate wrapping meant that items were battered. For example one pack of 240 paper chains had split open with the contents all over the box. On this basis would think twice about re-ordering.

Very disappointed that the charity scheme finished without warning so I was unable to donate to my small and underfunded school. Had some poor quality items last order. Made me wonder if I should continue handing out catalogues to my school anymore.
