postage to Jersey on small items is expensive, so I have to have it delivered to a friend who sends it on. I'm not complaining just wondering if anything can be done on smaller packages?
Only spoilt by failure of Yodel to deliver or respond to redelivery requests. Excellent customer service from Shay when I rang in chivvying them up and sending a replacement by royal Mail.
