One of the products sent was broken. I call Yellowmoon and left an answer phone message as their offices were closed and sent an email. This was on a Thursday night, by Saturday morning I had a new product delivered FOC!! Excellent Customer Service!!!
I already had some of the pens so this worked out quite cheaply this time. Shape a little difficult to decorate but the grandchildren enjoyed doing them with some help
