My experience with Yellow Moon was great until I came to check out and realised that as I live in Northern Ireland, my delivery charge was significantly higher than for customers who live in mainland UK. Usually when this happens I do not complete my order as I do not understand why this is necessary. In fact is feels discriminatory. Standard postal charges do not differ between NI and mainland UK so why should they differ for online businesses. This will make me think twice about using Yellow Moon again.

Our Response:

We are sorry to note your dissatisfaction. Unfortunately and in common with most other mail order companies we have to have a standard set of charges for Mainland and Non Mainland addresses, as it would not be possible to individually price each order that we dispatch. Our delivery charges are we believe clearly stated.
