At Yellow Moon we are happy to deliver to countries listed in the table below at the stated weight-related cost. Simply make sure you enter your country details correctly when placing your order, and the website will work out the delivery charge for you.

Orders to these countries are normally despatched via Parcelforce Worldwide or Royal Mail.

Orders over 20kg will be charged in 20kg increments.

Other International Destinations

Although we can deliver to most other destinations, we do not have a standard list of delivery charges as these can vary. For these international orders the process is as follows:

• Place your order as normal.
• Ensure you select your order destination country when asked for your delivery address.
• Once you confirm your order it will be e-mailed to us.
• We will then make the necessary tax deductions or calculate the carriage charges required. (see our VAT page for more information on tax).
• You will then be e-mailed with a revised order total and be asked if you wish to confirm the order.
• If we do not receive your confirmation of order within 7 days the order will automatically be regarded as cancelled and no charges will be made.

These orders are normally despatched via Parcelforce Worldwide or Royal Mail.

• Please note we DO NOT deliver to the USA or Canada and we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Our 24 hr delivery service is not available for delivery to overseas/international destinations.
• Any orders being delivered outside of the EU may be subject to additional duty charges. These charges relate specifically to the destination country and in all cases must be paid by the customer and not Yellow Moon Ltd. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
